John provides real estate statistics for each of the cities and counties as well as individual subdivisions.  Recent comparable sales are especially necessary in estimating market values.

John is a past president of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of REALTORS® and was twice named REALTOR® of the Year.  He holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation -- one of the top 2 percent of real estate agents in the U.S.
